Monthly Meetings

Monthly meetings

Our monthly support meetings provide a safe, welcoming space for anyone affected by suicide, or for those experiencing suicidal thoughts.

You do not need a referral, and you do not need to book in advance — you are welcome to attend whenever you feel ready.

Whether your loss or struggles are recent or from many years ago, you will be met with understanding, compassion, and respect.

Are the meetings suitable for me?

Our meetings are open to anyone affected by suicide, including:

  • Family members

  • Partners

  • Friends

  • Colleagues

  • Anyone struggling with suicidal thoughts

There is no expectation to speak. You can simply listen, sit quietly, or leave early if you need to.

What to Expect

Our meetings are:

  • Informal and supportive

  • Led by people with lived experience of suicide loss

  • Free to attend

  • Non-judgemental and confidential

Each meeting typically includes:

  • A warm welcome

  • Time to share (if you wish)
